We believe in the quality of our products and service. But you don’t have to take our word for it. Here is what our customers say:
Perfectly priced!
These are a great price compared to other places. They shipped and arrived in a very timely manner. I ordered 25 males and 50 3/4 feeders. Only one was dead in each which is to be expected. I however did not receive a delivery notification which I thought was odd. Also the containers they put them in are a little tricky to open without dumping the roaches everywhere. But over all I’m definitely satisfied and will be ordering again.

Great customer service! Exceptional shipping for live insects. Never a problem w dear insects.
Suzanne Whitensville, MA
Awesome Dubias!
Quality of the roaches was great! Ordered 200 and only one dead when they got here. My beardie loves them. Thanks a lot!
April Kosciusko, MS
Amazing, even with a storm!
I placed my order on 2/10 and didn’t get them until 2/19 due to a big snow storm. I was so worried about my bugs but out of the 100 I received, there was only a single casualty!
Taysha M Ogden, UT
Great Roaches
The roaches came fast and looked amazing. They were everything I wanted and more!

Cleaner crew first timer
I’m new to roach colonies and I just decided to get 500 roaches because my beardie eats so many I was spending tons of money buying little quantities...It’s been weeks and my colony is THRIVING! It’s amazing how these things work so well together! Was delivered fast and in great condition. Highly recommend even if you’re afraid and a beginner like myself!
Shawna Pittsburgh, PA
Perfect colony
I’m a reptile hobbyist and I have done tons of planning to start my dubia colony. The Amphibian Foundation recommended this website and I couldn’t be more pleased. Shipping to SC in July with a cold pack and they all survived! Very hardy animals. My colony has been set up and established! :)
Sam Columbia, SC
Definitely will order again
I ordered 100 nymphs for my beardie, and when they arrived they were all alive and pretty fat! Zero loves them and we both thank you! I will be a return customer for sure!
Ariana Mesa, AZ
Happy with purchase
This was my first time ordering, and I'm very happy with this purchase and on the site to order a second time. They arrived on time, very well packaged and healthy. When I first opened the package I didn't think it was possible there were 100, but I actually have kept a tally as I've been feeding them to our lizard, and the count is accurate! Great work!
Zack Silver Spring, MD
Giant Dubia roaches
My beardie is hesitant. I’m thinking they are too big for him. He is 16 inches long but they wiggle and touch his face and he doesn’t like. We’ve ordered many times but not the big ones. They came very quick and were all alive. Customer service is spectacular!

Starter Colony 250
Great service and fast delivery. Every single roach was alive and well! Had them over a month now and still the same. Thank you.
Kenneth Loganville, Ga
My Geckos Love These
I was skeptical of these, but needed more healthy bug options for my geckos. I took a chance and was glad I did. My geckos loved these. I held them in a tweezers or they are too fast for my fat geckos. They gobbled them up.
Beth Cameron, NC
Start Colony of 50 Dermestid Beetles
Ordered the 50 Beetle pack and I did get at LEAST 50 live bugs. It looks like they ship a bit more just in case some don't make the trip. Almost all were Larvae (Great for me, I need hungry bugs!). I will order again a higher quantity now that I have tried this service out and am satisfied with my order!
Morrigan Phoenix, AZ
Start Colony Plus 250 mix Plus Combo Cleaner Crew
I shipped to Illinois using priority shipping which took about 5 days. My entire order came ALIVE AND HEALTHY. Incredibly healthy breeders who had already started producing in shipping. I did include a HEAT PACK.

Cleaner Crew & Dubia Roaches
I received exactly what I ordered within a couple of days. USPS knocked on door to alert me. Price was slightly more than elsewhere, but detailed and extensive informational documents are so helpful that the slightly higher price is gratefully paid.

Satisfied customer
My order came on time. My Madagascar hissing roaches were a nice size and healthy. The Roach chow is a fan fave, I shared it with my Dubia colony and they love it! Very happy with my purchase.

Fast Turnaround From Ordering to Arrival
Processing time from ordering online to arrival in my mail box is always easy and fast. I purchased a starter colony of 100 Dubias on eBay 11 months ago and have been ordering their Maximum Nutrition Everyday Roach Ration ever since. They devour this roach chow!
Dave Morro Bay, CA
Couldn’t believe it!
I couldn't believe it but they survived and arrived extremely healthy even though I'm in texas and we had a sudden weather change to 32 degrees. I expected them to all die at no fault of the shipper but they are hardy and every single one healthy. Thank you.
Will Tyler, TX
Great Packaging, All Alive
Very well packaged. All roaches arrived alive in the middle of winter.
Tom New York, NY
Always on time
These are super high quality roaches! We (me and my beardies) are always very happy with them. The autoship option to get roaches weekly or whenever you want is convenient and makes getting Dubia roaches easy. Couldn't be happier! A++!
Ray Thousand Oaks, CA
Good food source
Ok, I seriously thought I would hate dealing with these bugs but they're actually easy. Not "roachy" at all! If you're on the fence too, I'd give them a try. My bugs came in alive and well and boy does my Beardie go nuts for them.
Tina Alabama
Best place I’ve ordered Dubias from!!
I’ve ordered dubias from MANY online sites. The roaches from Dubia Roach Depot were alive, healthy, arrived VERY quickly, and I was given the option to have a heat pack included! After my first shipment, I went on and set up a reoccurring shipment. Thank you Dubia Roach Depot!!!
Ashley Fargo, ND
Combination Cleaner Crews
Got my workers in all alive and active. Ready to do their part. Thank you!
kenneth Concord, CA
Lively Roaches and Cleaners
Order arrived quick and feeders/cleaners were all lively. Ordered a cold pack and was nervous I might have DOAs but shipping was fast and I had no need to worry. Great service! My spider thanks you! ;)
Sebastian Mesquite, TX
Worked as advertised
They got here in good time and my Dermestids got right to work. I would buy them again if I needed to, but my colony seems to be thriving so I can't imagine I'd need to.
Marina Richmond, VA
So happy with my little cleaners
Ordered a combo cleaner crew for my small but growing dubia colony. Didn't have a single DOA, and I think even some babies were born along the trip! Dumped all of them in with my colony and they immediately got to work. I seriously watched them for like 10 minutes while they checked everything out, nibbled on everything available, and generally went about their business. I can't wait to see how they do over time, but I'm very pleased with my order!
Jamie Pittsburgh, PA
Fast shipping!
Lightening fast shipping and the roaches were very well packaged. I'm impressed!
Joel Muncie, IN
Happy Beardie!
Super fast shipping! All roaches were alive, healthy, and plump. The easy-open shipping container makes it easy to move them into another container for feeding. My beardie is very happy! Thanks!
Susy New York, NY
Always happy with my orders!
The roaches always arrive alive and my beardie loves them!

Live Bugs
Not very often do I give a 5 star rating but with this company I can justify it. Five star means to me that there is no room for improvement. How do you beat 100 percent LIVE. Not one single bug was ever dead not once in the year I have been ordering 100 Dubias every 2 weeks. That to me is perfect. The customer service was nothing short of perfection as well. If I had a problem I contacted them via email and they answered my question within an hour. I can't say one single bad thing about this company quality of product or quality of customer service. The standards at this company are most definitely at the highest. I will recommend this place to anyone in the market for dubia roaches of the highest quality along with top of the line professional customer service. Thank you guys. You are truly the best.
Ron Mobile, AL
So pleased!
I am so happy with my first order with Dubia Roach Depot. All my feeder dubias came alive and healthy. I ordered 5 hissers and they are all large and gorgeous! They are not missing any antennae or legs or damaged in any way. The cleaners I ordered are active and healthy as well. My order came quickly and you cannot beat free fast shipping! Prices very reasonable! They will be my go to from now on for roaches!
Joyce Lexington

Great products
I've been struggling to find a good company to purchase roaches from and I was pleasantly surprised with this one! Packaging kept them secure and I had no dead roaches in the container when it arrived. It got here super fast and my beardie loves them.
Jessica Boise, ID
Happy Customer
My beardies love these roaches! Great prices, fast shipping. Highly recommended.
Brianna Savannah, GA
First order, very impressed
They arrived more active than I have seen before. When I ordered I didn't take the time to explore the site. Now that I've done so I'm impressed with the amount and quality of information; you've clearly put more effort and care into your dubia than others I've seen. The effect of this is that I've ordered some food and other equipment. Of course, I'll be ordering again.
Fred Cranston, RI
I couldn’t be happier!!
Wow! Dubia Roach Depot went above and beyond my expectations on everything. I ordered 2 breeding female dubia roaches along with the combination clean-up crew. The shipping was fast, the packaging was great, and all arrived alive and well. I must say the dubia roaches surprised me by how healthy and active they were when I was putting them in with my colony. They were plump and very active with beautiful coloration. I bet my males I already have will agree. :-) I'll be purchasing everything from this site, food and all, from now on. Thank you so much!!
Roxanne Memphis, TN
VERY HEALTHY
I was a little skeptical because I have seen some unhealthy Facebook reviews, but pay no attention to that! It took them a couple of days to ship my order but once it shipped, it arrived quickly. The shipping was decent and every roach was alive. I have bought dubia roaches from other places and can honestly say these are the healthiest looking ones so far.
Thanks DRD!!
Joshua Means
Alive and healthy roaches
Amazing they were all alive and healthy. Only a few came dead.
jefferson Lewisville, TX
Amazing Company
First time ordering from here, and I couldn't be happier. Even though I was shipping in the hottest part of summer clear across the country, not a single dead roach once they got here and definitely more than I ordered! The adult females look healthy and better than the ones I had already picked up locally, the nymphs are already in the process of being devoured by my young bearded dragon, and the variety pack was an extremely good priced, huge addition to my recently started colony. Definitely some of the best roaches I have ever seen, and I will be ordering from here again!
Grey Roanoke, VA
Very happy customer!

Happy customer happy chameleons
I'm happy, and so are my chameleons. We got big, fat Dubia roaches. This company shipped so fast and went out of their way to help with a feeding problem I was having. I feel like they care about their products and the people who buy them. From now on this is where I get my Dubia.

The Best of the Best!
Amazing prices, lightening fast shipping, healthy roaches, wonderful customer service, plus a wealth of information on caring for and breeding dubia roaches. All these reasons and more are why I recommend you guys every chance I get to the bearded dragon group I admin on. I am careful about recommending suppliers because I want the best for our members and there have been some issues with other feeder places and some members, but I have no reservations about recommending this company. You guys are awesome. Thank you for all you do!
Kitty Atlanta, GA
