This is where we list changes in our regular shipping schedule due to events like mail holidays and extreme weather. In all cases, you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as we ship your order.
Our regular shipping hours are Monday-Friday, and we sometimes ship on Saturday.
Most weather-related shipping delays occur near weekends because we want to reduce the chance that Dubia roaches will sit in a hot or cold place unattended, like on a Sunday. We only delay shipping for significant regional or national weather events like heatwaves and major winter storms.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Always take your local weather into account when ordering Dubia roaches and other live insects! As a general rule, we do not check destination weather before shipping. The exception is with recurring orders that include temperature control. The best way to receive your insects alive, healthy, and fast when it’s very hot or cold is to follow our guidelines for shipping Dubia roaches in extreme weather. This may include a post office hold for pickup (external link) on your package. You may request this by checking the post office hold for pickup checkbox on the main checkout page.
