We ship Monday-Friday, and sometimes Saturday. This schedule may change from time to time due to holidays or extreme weather.
Any weather-related shipping delay will occur near weekends because we want to avoid situations where Dubia roaches sit in the heat or cold unattended, like on a Sunday. We only delay shipping for significant regional or national weather events like heat waves and major winter storms.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Always take your local weather into account when ordering! As a general rule, we do not check destination weather before shipping packages. The best way to get Dubia roaches delivered alive, healthy, and fast when it’s very hot or cold is to follow our guidelines for shipping in heat or cold. This may include a post office hold for pickup (external link) for your order. The hold for pickup option is a checkbox located on the main checkout page.
